The client came to us wishing to downsize from an existing 8-bedroom dwelling, however, was not wishing to move from her current location.
The brief was to split the current building into 2 units, creating a 3-bedroom apartment and a 2-bedroom apartment.
As part of the works the appearance of the building was enhanced, including a new insulated render system and areas of cladding installed.
All windows / doors were replaced with grey aluminium and a balcony was added to the front benefiting from views of Porth Beach
