We have recently submitted a planning application for extensions and alterations to a property in West Polberro which is part of a world heritage site. The proposed works would result in an elegant, stylish and robust dwelling with a strong sense of identity that is appropriate for such a unique, and dramatic location. The extensions would not encroach substantially outside of the existing footprint of the dwelling, but would make better use of the footprint area with two full floors of accommodation, maximising the opportunities for the dramatic coastal views that are able to be enjoyed from the property.
